At OXIAE, compliance is not an add-on but the foundation. In every plan, provenance, consent and a full audit trail run as standard, with GDPR-compliant processing as the baseline. You never pay extra for working responsibly.

What is the difference between Founding SaaS and Founding Build?
Founding SaaS is the monthly subscription (€500 per month): you run your own white-label platform and pay monthly. Founding Build is a one-off implementation package (from €5,000): we set up your entire operation and the lifetime core platform license is included. SaaS is the fastest, low-barrier start; Build is for those who want to launch completely and immediately.
What does "founding partner" mean?
We deliberately take on only the first 10 lead businesses as founding partners. They get these founding prices, a say in the roadmap and a direct line to us. Once the 10 spots are taken, these terms no longer apply.
What counts as usage?
On top of your plan you only pay for what your operation actually uses in services and infrastructure: hosting, automated telephony, AI usage, outbound SMS and location APIs. Metered transparently per month and itemized on your invoice.
Do I get a lifetime license?
With Founding Build (from €5,000) the lifetime core platform license is included: after that you pay no monthly license fees, only usage. With Founding SaaS you pay a fixed monthly fee of €500.
Is there a minimum term?
Founding SaaS has a minimum term of 3 months and is cancelable monthly after that. Founding Build is a one-off package with no term; only your usage continues while you use the platform.
Can I run the platform under my own brand?
Yes. Both plans are white-label: your own logo, colors, domain and labels. Your publishers and buyers see your brand, not ours.
Is compliance always included?
Yes, in both plans. Provenance, consent and the full audit trail are never a separate line item, but the foundation under every processing operation.
