Why it can be free
We build, host and manage your website without you paying a euro, because the site is at the same time our lead funnel. The requests that come in are yours first; what you do not take on, OXIAE places through the network. Those forwarded requests are how we earn. So you pay not in money, but with the requests you would not have handled anyway — and with nothing else.

Free in money — not without an arrangement
You pay no build costs, no hosting costs and no subscription. In return we build and manage your website as part of our own lead network. The free website is a real arrangement, not a giveaway without something in return: we bear the cost and the work, you feed the network the requests you do not take on yourself.

The requests are yours first; the rest is how we earn
Every request that comes in through your site is offered to you first. What you do not take on — through capacity, distance or your own choice — OXIAE places through the network, and those forwarded requests are how we earn. That is how the website pays for itself, and it aligns our interests: we have every reason to make your site bring in customers.

One business per trade and region
The free website is exclusive per combination of trade and region: within your combination we do not also build a competing funnel for another business. An issued combination is not handed out again. That keeps the network cleanly divided.

OXIAE builds, hosts and manages on its own platform
Design, build, copy, hosting, security, updates and ongoing SEO optimisation are ours to do and to pay for. The site runs on the OXIAE platform and carries a modest "website by OXIAE" credit in the footer. You need not build a website or manage any technology.

What we ask of you
Three things. One: you supply the basics (logo, photos, your services and business details) and approve before the site goes live. Two: you pick up incoming requests seriously and promptly — the quality of the network depends on it. Requests you leave lying, we may forward. Three: you do not run a copy of the same funnel alongside that drains it.

Domain and ownership
If you already have a domain name it stays yours. If we register a domain for you, we record whose name it is in and what happens to it if you stop. The copy, photos and data you supply remain yours. The website OXIAE builds for free and the platform it runs on remain OXIAE’s.

Duration and cancellation
The arrangement continues as long as it benefits you both and is cancellable monthly by either party. If you stop, your own domain and the content you supplied come with you; the OXIAE-built site and platform stay with OXIAE — after all, we built and managed them for you for free.

No guarantees on results
We do not guarantee specific Google positions, visitor numbers or request volumes. Organic growth takes time and differs per region and trade. What we do: build the site, manage it and keep improving it to our quality standard.

Data and privacy
The requests that come in through your site are processed in line with our privacy policy and applicable privacy law (GDPR). As part of managing the funnel, OXIAE processes these requests too; we record the arrangements about this neatly together.

Why can the website be free?
Because we build your site as part of our own lead network. You do not pay in money; the arrangement is that the requests you do not take on yourself may be forwarded by OXIAE through the network. That is how we earn, and that is how the free website pays for itself.
What is the difference with a paid partner position?
With the free website, OXIAE keeps the requests you do not take on (the overflow) as its earnings. Become a paid partner (a one-off €500 per position) and that overflow income is yours instead, with more exclusivity. The free website is the entry step; the partner position is the step where you earn from the overflow yourself.
Am I committed to anything straight away?
No. Signing up is free and non-binding. Before your site goes live we share the arrangements on paper and you confirm your agreement. Until then you are committed to nothing, and after that the arrangement is cancellable monthly.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Your own domain and the content you supply remain yours. The website OXIAE builds for free and the platform it runs on remain OXIAE’s. If you stop, you take your domain and supplied material with you; the free-built site you do not.
Is this page the agreement?
No. This is a readable summary of the key arrangements in plain language. The formal agreement records them and is shared at sign-up, before the site goes live.
