The formal partner agreement records these terms and is shared with you when you reserve a position, before you pay anything or commit to anything. This page is a summary of the core terms as they also appear on the partner page; no other or additional terms apply here.
The core terms
Seven agreements that together make up the partner program.

One-time launch fee of €500 per position
You pay €500 once per position, and only if you decide to join after the call. Reserving is free: your position is held for 7 days without obligation. There is no subscription and no ongoing ad budget.

50/50 revenue split
Half of the revenue of every request from your funnel is yours, half goes to OXIAE. This also applies to requests you do not take on yourself and that we forward through the network: half of that revenue is yours too.

One primary partner per combination
Each combination of trade and city has one primary partner. Once a position is issued, we do not issue it again.

A maximum of 10 positions per participant
Each participant can reserve at most 10 positions, so the network stays spread across multiple partners.

OXIAE builds, manages and optimizes the funnel
Site, content, AI telephony, lead routing and hosting: we build the funnel, keep it running and keep developing it. You do not need to build a website or have any technical knowledge.

Growing the network
OXIAE may later expand the network with new trades, cities or regions. Such an expansion does not affect the exclusivity of an already issued position within its own combination.

No guarantees on results
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, visitor numbers or lead volumes. Organic growth takes time and results differ per city and trade. What we do commit to: building the funnel, managing it and developing it further to our quality standard.

When do I pay the €500 launch fee?
Only if you decide to become a partner after the call. Reserving is free and your position is held for 7 days without obligation. If you decide not to join, you pay nothing.
How does the 50/50 split work exactly?
The revenue of every request from your funnel is split 50/50: half for you, half for OXIAE. Requests you cannot take on, for example due to capacity or distance, are forwarded through the network. Half of that revenue is yours as well.
What happens if OXIAE expands the network?
OXIAE may expand the network with new trades, cities or regions. That does not change the exclusivity of your already issued position within its own combination of trade and city.
