Forward unmatched calls instead of turning them away
For surplus and questions outside your trade or area
Requests you cannot take yourself, because you are too busy, out of area or it is not your trade, do not have to be turned away. You forward them to a fitting business in the network. The caller is helped properly and you keep a fee for it.

How forwarding works
In four steps from a request that does not fit to a warm transfer and a fee.
A request comes in that does not fit
You are too busy, the caller is out of your region, or it is not your trade.
You pass it to the network
Manually with the press of a button, or automatically based on rules you set in advance.
We look for a fitting business
OXIAE looks for a business that does take on the region and the work and is reachable at that moment.
Warmly forwarded, you earn
The caller is warmly forwarded and you receive a fee; OXIAE keeps 15% of that.
When do you forward a request?
These requests you would rather not let sit. Pass them on and keep it neat.
Too busy to take it
If your agenda is full, you forward the request instead of letting it sit.
Outside your service area
A request from too far away travels on to a business that is active there.
Not your trade
Questions that fall just outside your trade go to someone who does do the work.
Outside opening hours
If someone calls when you are closed, the request does not have to be lost.
Warm handover
The caller is transferred neatly and warmly, not a cold referral to a number.
Automatic on rules
Set rules and let requests that do not fit go the right way automatically.
Who is forwarding meant for?
For businesses that regularly get requests they cannot or do not want to take on themselves.
Busy trades
More requests than you can handle? Forward the surplus and let it still earn something.
Businesses with a fixed area
If you work in a defined area, you neatly forward requests from outside that area.
Specialists with many off-trade questions
Often get questions just outside your trade? Turn them into a fee through the network.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know about forwarding unmatched calls via OXIAE Connect.
What happens to a request I forward?
We look for a fitting, reachable business in the OXIAE network and warmly transfer the caller there. The caller is helped properly, and you keep a fee for it.
Do I earn from forwarding?
Yes. For a forwarded call we record a fee; OXIAE keeps 15% of that. So a request you cannot take yourself still earns something. You can read more on the page about earning per call.
Can it be automatic?
Yes. You set rules, for example on region, trade or opening hours, after which fitting requests are forwarded automatically without you having to look at them.
What does the caller notice?
Little. The caller is warmly transferred to a business that can help, with no menu and no queue. It feels like a normal transfer.
Can I choose what I forward?
Yes. You decide which requests you take on yourself and which you pass on. You keep full control over what you accept and what goes to the network.
