A quick scan is an initial selection exercise. I look for a task with enough examples, an owner and a testable goal. A score helps organize questions; without checking the source information and real working situations, it does not establish a business case. [1]
The follow-up recommendation identifies which assumptions need investigation first. For a document assistant, that may be source freshness; for order processing, the volume of exceptions. This supports a focused choice between further analysis, a small trial or postponing development. [2]

Is the report really generated by AI?
Yes. Cloudflare Workers AI analyses the context you provide. The report is generated for your answers and is clearly labelled as AI advice. If the AI service is unavailable, you can retry with your answers intact.
What happens to my answers?
Your answers are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI only when you ask for the analysis and agree to processing. OXIAE does not save your scan in a database. Use a general description and leave out personal data, customer records, passwords and confidential information.
Are time savings or feasibility guaranteed?
No. This is an initial assessment based on your description, not an audit of your systems. The time calculator shows hypothetical scenarios you can change yourself. Actual value and feasibility need to be tested in a limited pilot.
Can I discuss the result with Ricardo?
Yes. You can save or copy your report and book an introduction. Your scan is not automatically forwarded; bring the report to the conversation.
