OXIAE / MY EXPERTISE

Integrations & data.

Make software work together and information reliably available to your organisation.

MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE

Keep information moving reliably.

When it fits

The same data is entered into several systems, updates lag behind or dashboards use inconsistent definitions. An integration is useful when it is clear which system is the source of truth and what information the other systems need.

What I define first

A map of sources and data flows, with a choice of the first integration. I define what data is exchanged, how failures become visible and what should happen during an outage.

Re-entering data or missing updates?

Start with the transfer between existing systems and the steps that follow. Data integration can make that information usable for analysis; business process automation connects the integration to everyday work.

Different figures for the same question?

Align definitions, sources and the information needed for your review meetings. An operational dashboard can show everyday details; API integrations can supply the required data from existing systems.

Want AI to work with your own information?

Connect a language model to your application or relevant business sources, with appropriate permissions and controlled output. Chatting with business documents can be an initial use case; if bounded follow-up actions are also needed, an AI agent can form part of the same solution.

FROM QUESTION TO DECISION

A practical first step.

Map sources and data flows

Identify the source of truth, the meaning of data and the direction and frequency of exchange.

Connect and test exceptions

Test normal processing as well as missing, duplicate or changed data and temporarily unavailable systems.

Monitor and document

Make failures visible and document who intervenes and how processing can safely resume.

RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

TBB Express

At TBB Express, Ricardo modernised carrier integrations from SOAP to REST for FedEx, UPS and DHL. Asynchronous processing and API documentation were also part of his work on the logistics platform.

PREPARE YOUR DECISION

From a service overview to a concrete brief.

Choose one task from the services above. Describe the current process, the available information and the person who can approve the result. Then compare the requirements and acceptance checks on the relevant service page. The original documentation below helps you investigate the technical choices.
