How are callers matched to me?
We read the region and the type of request from the call and look in real time for a fitting business that is reachable at that moment. If it fits you, you are matched and warmly transferred.
What if several businesses fit?
Then a clear order decides who gets the caller first, for example based on region, distance and availability. That way you know where you stand.
Do I also receive callers outside my region?
No. You only receive callers from the areas you have set. A request from another area goes to a business that is active there.
Can I pause when I am full?
Yes. If you do not want calls for a while, you set yourself to unreachable. Matching then skips you until you are available again.
Do I see where the caller is from?
Yes. For every connected call you see the region and the type of request, and thanks to call tracking it stays traceable.
